The governor of Feleg 3 learns that Steven Holbrook has returned home without Carol.
“Sally,” said Governor Stafford to his secretary as he walked in. “Do we have the weekend report on casualty returns yet?”
“It’s on your desk, Governor.”
“Thank you.”
He walked into his office, sat down, and then found the report among the many others. He opened it and read through the names.
