Chef Underwood's survivors abandon their escape pod and head toward the mountains.

“Hey, Natalie, come look at this!”

“Becky,” whispered her father, Stan. “She’s an adult. You should call her ‘Miss Smith.’”

“That’s ok,” I said. “We’re BFFs, aren’t we, Becky? Whatcha got?”

Becky pointed to a hidden handle embedded in the floor. I reached down and grabbed it, pulling it. The handle opened up a storage space filled with stuff.
